Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Refund Guidelines Refunds are issued based on the original payment method. Requests must be made within the applicable timeframes, and specific terms and conditions apply to different products and services. This policy does not cover incidental costs such as domain registration, setup fees, or third-party services.

15 Days Money back policy We provide a 15 days money back guarantee for our service. The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as a credit to the account:

  • Bank Wire Transfers
  • Western Union Payments
  • Checks
  • Money orders

Eligibility for Refunds To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. There are no refunds on domain registration, domain related other services, third party products, administrative fees and installation fees.
  2. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
  3. The request must be made within the specified refund period.
  4. The service or product must be eligible for a refund as per the product-specific terms.
  5. The refund request must be submitted through the proper channels, such as our customer support portal.
  6. No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated.
  7. Your refund request has to be justified with a valid technical issue faced due to services.
  8. If you request for a refund after 30 days, Your refund request cannot be processed.
  9. No Refund is applicable on the monthly plans purchased.
  10. We do not refund when customers host illegal contents such as a copyrighted mp3 file or video files. We do not allow hosting illegal contents such as mp3 or video or audio files without proper copyrights.
  11. No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended (due to Email Marketing/Email Abuse/Misuse of our service/Inappropriate/Illegal/Immoral/Account Over-use) or terminated.

Non-Refundable Services Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  1. Domain registrations and renewals
  2. Google Workspace services
  3. Control panel licenses.
  4. All other third-party services and products

Notice of Cancellation: Subscriber agrees to direct all cancellation requests to Dnatachco.com via email. The cancellation request must include verification of ownership of the account and/or domain(s), as determined by Dnatachco.com. Subscriber must also confirm to Dnatachco.com that all emails, files, and databases are preserved and backed up somewhere other than Dnatachco.com.in

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our customer relationship team via email at crm[at]Dnatachco.com.in. Provide your account details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Processing Time:Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our customer support team. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Upon cancellation, services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

In case the customer wishes to correct or change his GSTIN number submitted for the paid invoice, he can do so within 7 days from the date of payment. The new GSTIN number can be submitted via the Client Portal Area.
